Russell was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. Russell first volunteered in the foundry in 2018.
 He went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries and Formation from John Brown University in 2020.
He then returned to Cross Pointe to assume the role of Student Minister in 2025.  
 He and his wife, Brooke, have one child, Hallie, and they live in Springdale.
 When he's not at church, you'll find him at a theme park, concert,
or spending time with his family.
